TERMS & CONDTION

This medical equipment/s is being given to you only at a monthly rental cost and without any deposit

The equipment is given to you in working condition and will be expected to be returned in working condition

In an event of any damage caused to the equipment (minor or major) then the company reserves a right to recover the repair cost from you. In case the damage is beyond repair that you will have to bear the replacement cost of the equipment

You will use the equipment carefully and as per instructions received from the company representative

You will have to make payments as per the due date and as scheduled by the company

The company with try to help you with all technical support whenever required even at odd hours if possible however the company is not under any obligation to do so at odd hours and the client will have to wait for a suitable earliest time as per the company technicians in the working time frame

The company reserves right to take back the equipment in case it does not find it appropriate to continue with the client

For any technical glitches the company technician will have to be contacted who will try to fix the issue remotely via AV call and will personally visit if unresolvable remotely. If it requires replacement then the same will be done

Online support will be Free however visits will be on chargeable basis wherever applicable
